My name is 5’8’’. I’m a 25-year resident of Las Vegas, and graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
I first came to KUNV in 1992. I was co-host of “Word Up” from 1992 to 1997, and have been its sole host since 2001. I have been a local DJ for clubs and shows for more than ten years, and am committed to bringing you quality music that you can’t find anywhere else.
“Word Up” provides listeners with an opportunity to hear the best in underground hip-hop, and truly represents the art form that’s been lost with today’s commercial music. I enjoy working for KUNV because it recognizes the importance of community service, and brings its listeners such a wide range of musical styles.
