Host of KUNV's public affairs program, "Our Metropolis," Sharon is the owner/principle of GEMS (Gwyn Event and Marketing Services.) Sharon grew up in a entrepreneurial household in Tucson, AZ. After earning her degree at Stanford University, she immediately embarked upon a a very successful career encompassing a number of executive positions in both radio and television in the western United States. Starring both behind and in front of the microphone and camera, Sharon has worked as a news director, producer, anchor and reporter, as well as a media consultant, sales account manager, and retail marketing manager for a major Las Vegas broadcasting corporation. In this position Sharon was responsible for creating and implementing major promotions and programs geared especially for the Las Vegas market.
